Returns / Exchanges Policy: (updated January 22, 2013)
Try it for 30 days - if you don't like it, return it for a full refund.*
*The Conditions:
- "Full refund" means a refund of the total amount you spent on your purchase less the shipping and handling.
- The 30 day refund period begins on the day you receive your initial product(s) according to our tracking info.
Where tracking information is not available (USPS First Class), the 30 days is calculated from our shipping date.
- Clearance Items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
All sales of clearance items are final.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- There is only one refund or exchange per item / per order
- Exchanges are limited to the same product line (ie - change of size), must be unused, and meet all other conditions stated above. An exchange item is not eligible for the 30 day trial period or a refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method usually within 7 business days. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of items to our location.
What do we do with our used returns?
We donate them to a local homeless shelter (or other non-profit group in need). Please don't return something that isn't clean enough for you to sleep on.
Return Procedure:
Simply repackage the item(s) and return them to us within 30 days from date of receipt with an included note showing the order number and reason for the return. (We encourage you to use UPS or FedEx to provide tracking information in case your order is lost).
NOTES:
- Refused international (non-USA) orders will be charged all customs fees, shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
- Items returned outside the 30 day window will neither be refunded or returned and will be considered abandoned. Gilligan & Ferneman, llc reserves the right to dispose of any abandoned orders.
Shipping Policies:
- We presently ship United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS.
- Orders placed before 4PM EST are normally packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4PM EST will go out the next business day.
- International shipping.
We will gladly ship an order anywhere outside the USA as allowed by law. Please be aware that the receiving country may charge additional import fees which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. - If an item is out of stock and unavailable from our suppliers, we will ship the remaining parts of your order and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).
- If an item is out of stock and available from our suppliers at a later date, we will ship the remaining parts of your order in the most timely manner, and ship the backordered items as soon as possible.
If there is a significant delay from the supplier, we will contact you regarding your order. You may cancel any part of your order at any time prior to shipping.
- CoolingMattress reserves the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, at any time and issue a refund.
- CoolingMattress reserves the right to drop ship an order, direct from the manufacturer/supplier if it is deemed the most efficient and cost effective method.
- CoolingMattress reserves the right to change the requested shipping method if it is deemed more economical, safer or speedier. Any difference in shipping costs will be refunded upon request.
- If an item is drop shipped, there will be no increase or decrease in the shipping charges.
- We reuse / recycle. In an effort to do what we can to help the environment, we reuse many of our boxes. Should your order arrive in a used box - not to worry!
Shipping Rates:
- Standard USPS, UPS and FedEx Shipping Rates.
- Some items may have an increased shipping fee stated
- Shipping rates displayed include all handling fees as well.
- Please note: USPS Priority Mail is a service offered by the US Government. It does not generally indicate speedier delivery.
Ordering:
- Orders may be placed on-line, by telephone or at the above address. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Checks.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for check payments to clear our bank.
Cancelation of order:
- You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping.
Coupons and Discounts:
- Unless otherwise stated, coupons and discounts may only be used on new orders.
- Coupons and discounts have no cash value and may only be used towards a purchase of products.

- Our site uses SSL encryption technology to ensure your private information is kept that way.
