I am 54 and have had hot night sweats for decades.
With menopause it has been worse. This nice white comforter blanket may help.
I believe it may make me feel cooler but I am not sure.
In any case it is smooth feeling and comfy. I like the all white effect.
I just stopped using a sheet, and just use the white comforter. Cooler and simpler

My husband was always hot and I was always freezing because of the cold room.
This blanket has definitely worked to keep him from getting hot while sleeping
and I am not freezing.

I purchased this cooling blanket for my boyfriend who for years
would always wake up covered in sweat. Since he started using this
blanket he has never slept better!
The cooling blanket seems to regulate temperature more so then it cools.
You will never be too hot or too cold, just right : )

It is definitely an innovative product.
it still has a few kinks in it but, for the most part.
we are as a menopausal younger woman, (my fiance) and I,
and obviously have to climate zones. I find occasionally that the blanket does the reverse of
what each of us want. As I said though, for the most part,
great! and great timing; it came fast and in perfect time to
be what it was intended for; xmas

Night sweats and not flashes had me up every few hours.
First hot then cold. This blanket has reduced the multiple wake ups.
If I wake up hot I just shake the blanket a few seconds.
It becomes cold and I fall back to sleep in cool comfort.
